Communication is not an exact science. It is very difficult
to know exactly where you stand in terms of best practice,
compared with your competitors.
The n a t i o n on-line diagnostic
approach can help you to benchmark your own status, capability
and attitudes against best practice elsewhere. It reflects
the process that we would normally go through (in more depth)
at face-to-face meetings with all new clients. It helps us
to judge where you are today, what your communication priorities
are and where you want to go in the future.
